A commercially minded agency leader with over 20 years' experience building businesses, developing teams and turning ambitious growth strategies into results.
Simon brings extensive experience in senior leadership roles, from Managing Director to Global Vice President of Growth, across international marketing and creative agencies. His expertise spans commercial strategy, business development, brand marketing and operational leadership. Having led multimillion-pound businesses, built high-performing teams and worked closely with global brands, he understands how to connect creative thinking with the commercial realities of running and growing a business.
At C+H, Simon brings that experience to helping ambitious businesses sharpen their positioning, unlock opportunities and achieve sustainable growth. He believes the best results come from combining clear strategy, exceptional creative talent and strong working relationships.
